“Well someone’s horny… but I’ve gotten worse so.”
Alice smiled softly as she watched him process the information in his head. She thought to herself,’Wow humans are pretty facinateing, I wish I was like them…’ She tilted her head to the side,”Well yeah there are vampires around, but don’t worry as long as you have holy water you’re safe.” She smiled brightly which showed her little wolf fangs,”No need to worry you have a werewolf on your side and I can smell if there’s a vampire a mile away.” She bit her lip a bit, she didn’t want to mention that she could smell a few vampires in the area.
“Good! I’m a damsel in distress, and I need your savin’, love.” He chuckled, “But I don’t have holy water…” Harry shrugged it off, not really believing he’d be unlucky enough to cross paths with one. “Can you show me one of your powers right now?” He perked, smiling like a small child.
Harry walked through the crowd of people like a maze, trying to find the perfect place to stand for the duration of the concert he’d been dying to see. As he slithered through everyone, he accidently stepped on someone’s foot. “Oh, shit I’m sorry I-” He stopped as he glared…
Harry’s head cocked back at the derogatory name, “Well. I see you’re still made of poison.” He crossed his arms at his chest, and shook his head. He stepped by her side, and bumped her hip with his. “I bet you’d love it if I spent the next few hours with you.” He chuckled darkly, standing his ground.
//I’m off to see the wizard, the wonderful wizard of sleep.
She shook her head, a small frown taking over her features. “Don’t say that” she spoke softly, her words slightly muffled. “You can’t do that, s’not just about me. I don’t want anything that you don’t want” she said, finally bringing her gaze up to meet with his, only for a brief moment before snapping away, almost to protect herself. “M’not looking for this big serious, lovey-dovey relationship. I just wanted to know what this is”. She shrugged, tugging her hand away from his awkwardly as she brushed a strand of her blonde locks behind her ear.
A slight pang of sadness hit Harry’s heart as she pulled her hand away from his. Harry shifted himself to sit upright, turning his torso towards her. “I’ll do whatever you’d want, Carmen. We don’t have to be a relationship of you wouldn’t want one,” He paused to lift her gaze up to meet his, “I don’t even know what this is, but I’m just lettin’ you know. I’m open for anything, okay?” He paused to let his words sink in to her. He disconnected his touch from her chin, sitting back on the bed. “We can even be friends with benefits.” He joked, hoping to lighten her mood. “Look, don’t worry, okay? Just come here, we don’t have to think about it.” He opened his arm as an invite for her to return to her previous spot.
“I can handle graphic.”
“Psht, who said it was fake?” she scoffed, giving her act one last attempt. But she had completely given up as soon as his lips pressed gently to her cheek, the small smile cracking innocently on her face. Resting her head gently against his shoulder, bringing his hands to her lips as she pressed a simple kiss to the skin, gaze still focused on the screen infront of her. ”Harry?” her voice piped up softly. “What are we? Are we y’know, friends… or?” she questioned hesitantly, eyes glancing at him for a brief moment.
Harry’s eyes broke from the screen to the foot of the bed as he thought before lifting back up to the movie. He chewed his lower lip in silence before turning his head to her. “Er… I-I don’t know really.” His hand gave hers a small squeeze, “We can be whatever you want, or need.” His voice was tender and raspy, and his eyes searched her face to find what she was hinting at. “Whatever makes you happy, I’ll be that.” He confirmed.
“Oh, why thank you. And what would those things be exactly?” Harry winked.
Carmen continued to ignore him to her best ability, eyes refusing to meet with his. “Stooop” she gave up, whining in half laughter, grabbing his hand, intertwining their fingers as she held it firmly away from her, trying to stop his actions. “No, fuck you” she huffed, jutting her bottom lip out in a childish but playful way. “Now if you’d excuse me, I’m trying to watch Bambi.”
“Ooo, feisty! How hard, babe?” Harry continued laughing for a few more moments, but he gradually let them die down. He gave up and placed his hands in his lap, turning his gaze to the screen for a second, then back to Carmen. The pout on her lips was swelling up Harry’s heart. “You’re cute when you’re fake-angry.” He whispered. He leaned down and gave her cheek a small kiss before returning to his seated position, and snaking his hand down to tangle their hands together.
